Black Beans & Tuna with MinuteĀ® Ready to Serve Rice
 
Ingredients
  • (1) container of Minute Ready to Service Rice (I chose Brown Rice).
  • (1/2) can of Tuna
  • (1) 8oz. of Black Beans (drained)
  • ⅛ tsp of Old Bay
Instructions
  1. Microwave Minute Ready to Service Rice according to package directions.
  2. Open and drain black beans. Mix in desired amount.
  3. Open and drain one can of tuna. Mix in one half of the can.
  4. Add Old Bay.
