Kale Chips Recipe

Ingredients
  • Kale (one bunch)
  • Olive oil
  • Coarse sea salt
Instructions
  1. Trim off stem and cut into bite size pieces.
  2. Wash Kale and dry in a salad spinner or between paper towels.
  3. Toss in a bowl with 1 Tbs. olive oil and sprinkle with sea salt (1/4 Tsp.).
  4. Spread onto a parchment paper lined cookie sheet.
  5. Cook at 350 for 10-12 minutes.
  6. Optional: Add extra extra ingredients and seasonings to your taste. You can also add cheese!
