I’m a Pinterest addict, as you already know, and am trying to use my Healthy Eating Pinterest Board to snag healthy recipe ideas! Since I LOVE cucumber, I couldn’t wait to make this recipe!
First, I bought two cucumbers, and peeled and cored them as shown above.
Then I mixed the following ingredients:
- Green non-fat cream cheese- one 8oz. tub
- 1 package of crab claw meat from Walmart (around $5.38).
- 1/2 C of light sour cream
- Old Bay to taste. I would recommend using at least a Tablespoon. I <3 Old Bay, so I used a lot more than that!
- Salt and pepper to taste
You simply stuff the cucumbers with the crab dip for a super healthy summer snack or meal! I ate some for lunch on Saturday and then again on Sunday and I was totally full!
